Kristin and Steven's weddings pictures made at Embassy Suites in Charlotte, NC. Kristin's photography started in her room which had one large window. We cleared away the chairs to give some shooting room. This light set almost always gives beautiful images. I just do a test shot and then adjust my on camera light to fill in the shadows to the point that's pleasing. The alter area was perfect for photography. Bright light coming down and the light toned floor bouncing it backup. The staff place the cake under a spot light which is super for detail in the cake icing. For most of the reception shots I used two off camera lights which if done correctly really gives the images punch. To see this effect more clearly look at the toast picture of the bride and groom compared to the dance pictures.
